  • Email: Send cancellation request to info@laserazor.de from your registered email address

Q: When will I be charged after a promotional period?

A: You'll be charged automatically when your promotional period ends, unless you cancel before then. We'll send you reminder emails.

Q: Do I get a refund if I cancel mid-month?

A: No, partial-month refunds are not offered unless required by law. You'll have access until the end of your paid period.

Q: Can I pause my subscription?

A: You can cancel and reactivate anytime. We don't currently offer pause functionality.

Q: What if I was charged by mistake?

A: Contact us immediately at info@laserazor.de. We'll investigate and process a refund if appropriate.

Q: How do I change my payment method?
